A method for protein refolding using a like-charged ion exchange resins as an additive to facilitate protein refolding. The ion exchange resins mentioned herein includes charged group with the same sign as the target protein to be refolded and the method for refolding an unfolded protein. The method has some advantages described as below: firstly, no new impurity is introduced into the final product of protein due to ion exchange resins used in the present invention is insoluble and easy to remove by settlement or centrifugation, secondly; the key material used in the present invention, ion exchange resins, is easy to recycle after regeneration; thirdly, compared with the refolding method by chromatographic techniques, the current method requires no expensive chromatograph facilities and is simple to perform at lower cost, which is a desirable character for preparative refolding of therapeutic proteins expressed in bacteria as inclusion bodies. 1. A method for filling holes in a naked-eye 3D multi-viewpoint image is provided, comprising: sequentially performing a step of mapping, determining and marking row by row, comprising mapping two first pixels adjacent to each other in a row direction among a plurality of first pixels in a reference camera image to two second pixels in a virtual camera image, determining whether there is a hole between the two second pixels, and if so, marking the hole; and sequentially performing a step of scanning, assessing and filling row by row, comprising scanning two second pixels adjacent to each other in a row direction, assessing whether there is a marked hole between the two adjacent second pixels, and filling the marked hole according to at least one non-zero second pixel which is adjacent to the marked hole. 1. A method of enrobing a product portion in polymer strands includes mounting at least one product portion on a holding device and passing the at least one product portion through a polymer enrobing zone. The polymer enrobing zone can include a flow of polymeric fibers produced by a polymer spray head. The polymer fibers can wraparound the at least one product portion to produce an enrobed product portion. The holding device can hold the at least one product portion by passing at least partially through the body of the product portion.
