... 본 발명은 다중 리얼타임 PCR을 이용한 구강질환 유발 미생물 검출 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 포르피로모나스 진지발리스, 타네렐라 포르시서스, 트레포네마 덴티콜라, 엑티노바실러스 엑티노마이세템코미탄스, 캄필로박터 렉터스, 프레보텔라 인터미디아 각각의 유전체 DNA에 대한 프라이머와 이 프라이머로 증폭되는 DNA에 대한 탐침을 사용하여 리얼타임 PCR을 수행하고, 탐침의 표지물질을 이용하여 각 프라이머 쌍에 의한 증폭량을 산출함으로써 구강질환 유발 미생물을 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 구강질환 유발에 매우 중요한 6종의 미생물을 샘플로부터 매우 신속하고 정확하게 검출할 수 있으며, 정량적인 분석도 가능하기 때문에 구강의 미생물 환경을 정확하게 판단할 수 있다. 따라서 구강의 미생물 환경 정보를 바탕으로 일반인의 경우 치주 질환 발병 가능성의 예측 및 관리가 가능하며 환자의 경우 치료 과정에서 치료 계획의 수립의 지침으로 활용 될 수 있으며 치료 이후 예후 관찰의 지표로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.
