The present invention relates to a method for preparing Ratatouille. More specifically, the method comprises the following steps: slicing ingredients including eggplants, tomatoes, zucchini, lotus roots, and potatoes; cutting eggplants, tomatoes, and zucchini into cubes, and roasting the same with butter, oregano powder, basil powder, pepper, and tomato sauce for 2-10 minutes to prepare a sauce; placing the prepared sauce and the sliced ingredients in an oven plate; roasting the ingredients placed in the oven plate in an oven at 170-190°C for 20-30 minutes; and adding olive oil to the roasted ingredients, and sprinkling cheese thereon.
