一種使用刀具與轉塔刀具的更換提示系統包含一程式碼、一轉塔刀具資料庫、一比對模組及一顯示單元,程式碼包括多個使用刀具工位編號及使用刀具資料,轉塔刀具資料庫儲存有多個轉塔刀具編號及轉塔刀具資料,比對模組比對刀具工位編號與轉塔刀具編號,當不符時按下一刀具工位編號取代功能鍵,將使用刀具工位編號更換為相符編號,當無相對應的轉塔刀具資料時按下一轉塔刀具資料覆寫功能鍵,建立轉塔刀具編號及與轉塔刀具資料,本發明確保該程式碼與該轉塔刀具資料庫互相對應,避免板材被錯誤加工而能避免成本的耗費。

With the disclosed method, balance in processing power, processing time, and reliable operation by the device (50) is achieved without incurring extra cost for upgrading the device (50).
