According to the embodiments of the present invention, the IP data packets of TCP ACKs transmitted by the receiving side are processed, so that the amount of the TCP ACK responses is significantly reduced and the IP data packets of TCP ACKs are transmitted with priority, thereby the round-trip time delay for data transmitting can be reduced, and the data transmission efficiency can be improved. 1. A method for data transmission , comprising:establishing a First In First Out (FIFO) buffer for Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) data packets, and receiving and buffering the TCP/IP data packets to be transmitted, wherein the TCP/IP data packets include TCP payload data packets and TCP acknowledgement information (TCP ACK);adjusting a queue of the buffered TCP/IP data packets in accordance with header information of the TCP/IP data packets; andtransmitting sequentially the buffered TCP/IP data packets in the adjusted queue.2. The microstructure of the cold-rolled high-strength steel has 5%-20% of residual austenite and 70%-90% of martensite, and the carbon concentration ratio of the residual austenite to the martensite is greater than 3.5 and less than 15. The cold-rolled high-strength steel sheet has a high strength and an excellent formability through a rational ingredient design and microstructure control.

Through an appropriate composition design, a super-high-strength, cold rolled, hot-dip galvanized steel plate is manufactured by continuous annealing, wherein no expensive alloy elements are added; instead, remarkable increase of strength along with good plasticity can be realized just by appropriate augment of Si, Mn contents in combination with suitable processes of annealing and furnace atmosphere control. A cold-rolled high-strength steel plate having excellent phosphating performance and formability and a manufacturing method therefor. The chemical composition of the steel plate is, in percentage by weight, C 0.01-0.20%, Si 1.50-2.50%, Mn 1.50-2.50%, P≤0.02%, S≤0.02%, Al 0.03-0.06%, N≤0.01%, the remainder being Fe and impurities. The surface layer of the steel plate has an inner oxide layer with a thickness of 1-5 μm, and there is no enrichment of Si and Mn on the surface of the steel plate. The steel plate has good phosphating performance and formability, with a tensile strength of ≥980 MPa and an elongation of ≥20%. The structure at the room temperature contains retained austenite, ferrite, and martensite and/or bainite. In the method, the dew point of atmosphere in a heating zone and a soaking zone is controlled during continuous annealing, to inhibit the enrichment of elements such as Si and Mn on the surface of the steel plate, and transition external oxidation to internal oxidation, so that the steel plate has good phosphating performance. 1. The present invention further provides a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and a vehicle component. According to the present invention, by controlling the heat treatment atmospheres, the enrichment of Si and Mn alloy elements on the surface of the steel sheet, an interface between iron oxide and a base steel sheet, and an interface between reduced iron and the base steel sheet is suppressed, so that when a steel sheet having high Si and Mn content is selected as a base material for the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, after undergoing the alloying treatment step, the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet can have both a plating layer of sufficient Fe content and a high elongation at break rate.

The second dielectric material lowers the low frequency band of the signal to be within the low frequency band of the WIFI protocol. Because the second dielectric material is used, even if the slot antenna is positioned in the metal case, the slot antenna is still capable of generating a WIFI signal having two frequency bands.

The second concentration of P-type doped impurities is sufficient for preventing a leakage current from flowing between the N-type drain and the P-type substrate while the native NMOS device is in operation.

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, comprising performing a heat treatment step, a hot dip plating step, and an alloying treatment step on a steel sheet having high Si and Mn content. The heat treatment step comprises a first heating phase and a soaking phase; a first heating atmosphere of the first heating stage contains 0.01-0.5% of O2 by volume, and the balance is N2 and inevitable impurities; a soaking atmosphere of the soaking stage contains 0.5% or more of H2 by volume, and the balance is N2 and inevitable impurities; dew points of the first heating atmosphere and the soaking atmosphere are controlled to be greater than or equal to −20° C. The present invention further provides a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and a vehicle component. According to the present invention, by controlling the heat treatment atmospheres, the enrichment of Si and Mn alloy elements on the surface of the steel sheet, an interface between iron oxide and a base steel sheet, and an interface between reduced iron and the base steel sheet is suppressed, so that when a steel sheet having high Si and Mn content is selected as a base material for the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, after undergoing the alloying treatment step, the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet can have both a plating layer of sufficient Fe content and a high elongation at break rate.
