The invention discloses a locating connector for installing a concrete filled steel tube column in a manual excavating pile, which comprises a main component which is formed by welding two cuboid steel bars in a vertical crossing way; the centre point of the main component is a locating centre point; the four end parts of the main component are respectively welded with a locating component and a plurality of connecting components, wherein the locating component is the cuboid steel bar, and the bottom end of the locating component is lower than that the of main component; the connecting components are long-strip steel bars, arranged in a vertical way and have the tops higher than those of the main component and the locating component and the bottom ends lower those thereof.
