The present invention relates to a tubular zinc-air fuel cell (ZAFC) and, more specifically, relates to a tubular ZAFC having a flexible tubular shape and forming metal fuel in a slurry type to allow the metal fuel to be circulated along the inside of a tube, thus being freely shaped, facilitating change of a capacity, and simplifying supplement of the metal fuel, thereby providing advantages of not having spatial constraints in accordance with installation, facilitating a design, and conveniently being maintained. According to the present invention, the ZAFC comprises: a negative electrode collector having a hollow; a porous separation film installed on the outside of the negative electrode collector; metal fuel received inside the negative electrode collector; and an air cathode member installed around the outside of the separation film.
