The present invention relates to a non-destructive extraction and analysis method which can identify components of food (particularly, volatile aroma components) without destroying or changing the original shape and condition of a food sample. By identifying the components, the method secures the stability of the food, and allows a user to improve, modify, and supplement components in the food through reviewing the results. The method reduces time and effort consumed for a process of destroying a food sample, and removes concerns of changing components during the destroying process.
