The present invention relates to a skin wrinkle-preventing or reducing composition, comprising a soybean extract and a Haematococcus extract, and more specifically, to a skin wrinkle-preventing or reducing food composition and a cosmetic composition, comprising a soybean extract and a Haematococcus pluvialis extract. The compositions of the present invention shows almost no toxicity, and, compared to when a soybean extract or a Haematococcus pluvialis extract is used alone, the compositions are far more effective at inhibiting the expression of UV-ray induced collagenase and preventing skin wrinkles.
