A matte film according to the present invention comprises: a film layer formed into a nano web by electrospinning polymer material; an ink layer applied on one surface of the film layer; and an adhesion layer laminated on the other surface of the film layer via electrospinning, thereby allowing production of thin matte film due to the film layer being a nano web in which fiber strands are accumulated, and imparting a matte finish for diffusing reflected light and fingerprint resistance for preventing fingerprints thereon, and allowing enhanced surface strength.
