The pattern is designed using an inverse permeability field, and is based on a reaction-diffusion algorithm to model channel spacing, thereby providing a variable pitch microchannel pattern to direct fluid from the inlet to the outlet. In various aspects, the reaction-diffusion algorithm utilize Gray-Scott reaction-diffusion equations, which may be used to obtain an anisotropic microchannel layout. The variable pitch microchannel pattern may include a channel spacing based on effective medium theory. 1. If a total area of top N of the abnormal regions is more than 10% of an area of the wafer, it is deemed that the wafer has a roughness defect. N is a natural number. If the total area of the top N of the abnormal regions is less than 1% of the area of the wafer and a largest abnormal region of the abnormal regions is longer than a predetermined length, it is deemed that the wafer has a scratch defect.

A light-emitting diode (LED) light source control method is disclosed. The light-emitting diode light source control method is used for controlling a composite and a single color LED light source. The composite color LED light source can provide two of the three original red, green and blue color lights and the single color LED light source provides the third original color. 一種動態心臟影像分析與心功能評估系統，主要係針對心導管心室攝影影像，針對左心室右斜前像(Right Anterior Oblique view,RAO)和左斜前像(Left Anterior Oblique view,LAO)影像進行切割及辨識處理，其包含切割階段、辨識階段及評估階段。其中，於切割階段係利用前處理取得初步二值化影像後進行區塊匹配估計法(Blocking matching)，接著利用形態學處理優化邊緣，最終得到一心臟輪廓；於辨識階段，係採用模糊邏輯系統(Fuzzy Logic System)分析心臟的運動方向，並比照都卜勒超音波(Doppler ultrasonography)之顏色表示法，呈現較直觀與客觀的判讀資訊，最後利用指標評估心臟運動之功能，從而輔助醫生作為心臟病的診斷與病情評估之參考。

The micro-LEDs define a display area. Each micro-LED includes a bottom surface coupled to a lower electrode and a top surface exposed from the insulating layer and coupled to the upper electrode. Conductive blocks are set outside the display area, the conductive blocks are electrically coupled to a driving circuit on the substrate. Top wires are set on a surface of the insulating layer away from the substrate and each top wire is electrically coupled to at least one upper electrode and at least one conductive block.
