The present disclosure discloses a biaryl urea RORγt inhibitor, and specifically relates to a biaryl urea derivative, as represented by formula I, with an RORγt inhibiting activity, and a preparation process thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound. Further disclosed is use of the compound for treating an RORγt-related disease. 2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein m is 1 and Ris selected from a group consisting of —H claim 1 , —Cl claim 1 , —F claim 1 , and —CH.3. The method according to claim 1 , wherein Ris optionally selected from a group consisting of hydrogen claim 1 , halogen claim 1 , cyano claim 1 , hydroxyl claim 1 , and C-Calkyl.8. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the subject has RORγt receptor related diseases.9. The method according to claim 8 , wherein the diseases are multiple sclerosis claim 8 , rheumatoid arthritis claim 8 , collagen-induced arthritis claim 8 , psoriasis claim 8 , inflammatory bowel disease claim 8 , encephalomyelitis claim 8 , clonal disease claim 8 , asthma claim 8 , or cancer.10.
