An ultrasound apparatus, ultrasound-based liver examination device and ultrasound imaging method are provided. The ultrasound apparatus may include: an ultrasound probe, a transmission and receiving controller, an ultrasound echo signal processor, a data processor and a display device. The ultrasound echo signal processor may perform different processes on an ultrasound echo signal according to usage of the ultrasound echo signal. A gain compensation for enhancing image quality may be performed on a first ultrasound echo signal to be used for obtaining the ultrasound image, and a gain compensation for preserving original information may be performed on a second ultrasound echo signal to be used for calculating a quantitative parameter of a liver. The data processor may generate the ultrasound image according to the processed first ultrasound echo signal, calculate the quantitative parameter according to the processed second ultrasound echo signal, and output the ultrasound image and the quantitative parameter.

The system may simultaneously display spectra of multiple locations on a same time axis.

The calculation method is also easy, which significantly reduces the system performance requirement.

Theoil content of hybrid Brassica napus with bgr is substantially increased up to 51.7% to 54.86%,which is 9.14% to 19.26% higher than that of common high-oil oilseed rape varieties. Thepresent application contributes valuable gene resources for oilseed rape breeding, and providesan effective means for the creation of new oilseed rape germplasm.

The proposed scheme can effectively improve the accuracy and stability of measured result.

The gene bgr can significantly reduce the height of rape plants, achieve thick and strong stems, lodging resistance, a reduced branching angle, and a compact plant type, and can effectively increase the harvest index. The gene has remarkable heterosis, heterozygous bgr can enable tetraploid rape (Brassica napus and Brassica juncea) to have more ideal plant type characteristics, the plant height is 120-160 cm, the plant type is compact, the branching angle is small (less than 30°), the first branching position is lowered, the harvest index is increased by about 29.03%, the gene is suitable for close planting, and the yield is greatly increased by 11-27%. The oil content of hybrid Brassica napus having bgr is greatly increased and can reach 51.7-54.86%, and compared with the oil contents of common high-oil-content rape varieties, the oil content is increased by 9.14-19.26%. A valuable genetic resource is provided for rape breeding, and an effective means is provided for creation of new rape germplasm.

Disclosed are a method and a device for detecting displacement in elastography. The method comprises: acquiring a target point, acquiring a cross-correlation phase calculation location of the target point in a second frame image; calculating a cross-correlation phase according to the cross-correlation phase calculation location; calculating a longitudinal displacement result according to the cross-correlation phase; and calculating a gradient of the displacement result to obtain a strain result. Through the elastography method and device, I/Q-channel echo baseband signals, obtained by downsampling, of two frames before and after compression are acquired, displace information between the two frames is rapidly detected by guiding phase estimation, and axial gradient calculation is performed to obtain strain information, which can not only obtain a strain image of high quality but also reduce the calculation amount, thereby satisfying the clinical real-time requirement.
