The invention discloses a polyacrylate resin 3D printing material and a preparation method thereof. The 3D printing material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight by virtue of a precipitation polymerization way: 6-13 parts of acrylic acid, 20-40 parts of a soft monomer, 45-60 parts of a hard monomer, 50-100 parts of a solvent, 30-50 parts of a cross-linking agent and 0.2-0.6 part of an initiator. By virtue of the precipitation polymerization way, the prepared polyacrylate resin 3D printing material is high in performance by regulating the carboxyl group content of the resin as well as the molecular weight and the distribution of the resin by changing the synthesis formula and the synthesis process conditions of the carboxyl-containing polyacrylate resin, so that a product printed with the 3D printing material powder is high in binding strength, high in printing precision and excellent in flexibility.
