A dirty paper precoding (“DPC”) method for broadcasting a signal is disclosed that takes advantage of knowledge of the structure of interference in order to avoid the quantization noise that results in the conventional DPC method. The proposed method modifies the Tomlinson-Harishima precoding (“THP”) scheme by selecting a constellation and mapping scheme that is designed based on the known interference modulation structure of the interference signal, which is typically directed to a second receiver. In a particular embodiment, a source signal and an interference signal are QAM modulated. The modulation structure information of the interference signal is known to the receiver. At the transmitter the source signal is precoded based on the known interference structure, and a common mapping rule is implemented, such that the received signal can be decoded at the receiver without requiring a modulo operation at either the transmitter or receiver.

An impeller structure includes a hub, a plurality of blades, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs. The method of claim 1 , wherein the powdered binder comprises:boron in an amount of 0.0 wt % to 6.0 wt % of the binder;silicon in an amount of 0.0 wt % to 6.0 wt % of the binder; andnickel in an amount of at least 70 wt % of the binder.3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the binder consists essentially of boron claim 2 , silicon claim 2 , and nickel.4. The method of claim 1 , wherein binder comprises nickel in an amount of at least 90 wt % of the binder.5. According to some embodiments, a base station (BS) transmits a first allocation of a plurality of channel subsets to user equipments (UEs) for contention transmission of the UEs to the BS. The first allocation allocates one or more channel subsets to each UE so that each UE can only contend for channels within a channel subset allocated to the UE using a contention-based mechanism. In response to receipt of the first allocation, one or more UEs send requests to the BS requesting for access of channels for uplink transmissions determined by the one or more UEs. The BS determines, based on at least the requests sent by the UEs, channels to be allocated to the UEs for performing uplink transmissions, and sends a second allocation indicating the allocated channels. The UEs then perform uplink transmissions based on the second allocation.

Disclosed by the present invention is a method for preparing a reactive sealant resin, the method comprising: (1) under the action of an alkali catalyst, polymerizing a hydroxyl-containing initiator with an epoxy compound to obtain a polyether polyol; (2) adding an alkoxide reagent and a halogenated end-capping agent containing a double bond to the polyether polyol obtained in step (1) for reaction, so as to obtain a crude double-bonded polyether product, and refining the crude product to obtain a modified polyether product; and (3) subjecting the modified polyether and hydrogen-containing silane to silane end-capping reaction under the action of a hydrosilylation catalyst, so as to obtain the target product, i.e., a reactive sealant resin.
