Provided are a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet comprises 2.0-4.5 wt% of Si, 0.001-0.10 wt% of C, 0.010 wt% or less of Al (Not including 0 wt%), 0.08 wt% or less of Mn (Not including 0 wt%), 0.005 wt% or less of N (Not including 0 wt%), 0.001-0.03 wt% or less of S, 0.001-0.10 wt% of Sb, 0.001-0.10 wt% of Sn, 0.001-0.10 wt% of Bi, and the remainder consisting of Fe and other inevitable impurities. The S, Sb, Sn, and Bi satisfy 0.005 wt% <= [S] + [Sb] + [Sn] + [Bi] <= 0.15 wt%. (Herein, [S], [Sb], [Sn], and [Bi] are wt% of S, Sb, Sn, Bi).
