The present invention relates to a method for adjusting a lysine balance of a pig feed by analyzing a lysine content by using a non-destructive near-infrared spectroscope. The method comprises the steps of: (step 1) measuring a content of lysine in a pig feed by using an exclusive amino acid analyzer; (step 2) obtaining a near-infrared spectrum of a pig combined feed; (step 3) inducing a calibration curve through an optimizing procedure by using the near-infrared spectrum; (step 4) verifying the induced calibration curve; and adjusting a lysine balance of a combined feed by an analysis scheme developed through the previous steps.
