... 질화규소 가판 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 질화규소 기판 제조방법은 금속 실리콘 분말, 및 희토류 원소 함유 화합물과 마그네슘 함유 화합물을 포함하는 결정상 제어 분말을 포함하는 세라믹 조성물을 제조하는 단계, 상기 세라믹 조성물에 용매 및 유기바인더를 혼합하여 준비된 슬러리로 시트 형상의 성형체를 제조하는 단계, 및 상기 성형체에 대해서 소정의 압력으로 질소가스를 가하면서 1300 ~ 1500℃ 범위 내 제1온도로 열을 처리하는 질화구간 및 1700 내지 1900℃범위 내 제2온도로 열처리하는 소결구간을 포함하는 열처리 단계를 포함를 포함한다. 이에 의하면, 종래에 대비해 제조시간 및 공수를 감소시킬 수 있어서 대량생산에 적합할 수 있다. 또한, 구현된 질화규소 기판은 질화과정에서 실리콘이 용용되어 용출되는 것이 최소화 또는 방지됨에 따라서 기계적 강도가 우수하다. 나아가 급격한 베타상으로의 전이를 억제하면서 소결구간에 진입한 뒤 소결을 완료함에 따라서 베타 상으로 전이, 베타 상의 성장 촉진 및 균일한 성장이 가능해 보다 향상된 열전도도를 가진다. 더불어 기판의 위치에 관계 없이 열전도도 및 기계적 강도가 균일함에 따라서 보다 고품질의 기판을 구현할 수 있다.
