In mice competitively transplanted with aged hematopoietic stem cells (HSC), a TXNIP-derived peptide was observed to increase the engraftment of aged HSC, decrease lineage skewing, reduce a long-term HSC (LT-HSC) ratio, and inhibit p38 and ROS, thus suppressing features of aged HSC, compared to a control untreated with the peptide. In acute leukopenia models, administration of the TXNIP-derived peptide was found to increase the leukocyte proliferation of aged mice to a level of young mice. ... 본 발명에 따른 교량의 시공방법은 교대 또는 교각에 상기 박스형 강재거더(300)를 거치하는 박스형 강재거더 거치단계; 철근콘크리트 구조로 제작된 데크(100)를 준비하는 데크준비단계; 상기 박스형 강재거더(300)에 선행하중이 작용하도록 상기 박스형 강재거더(300)의 하부에 상기 데크(100)를 설치하는 데크설치단계; 상기 데크(100)를 작업대로 이용하여 상기 바닥판(1)의 설치를 위한 거푸집(A)을 설치하는 거푸집 설치단계; 상기 거푸집(A)에 콘크리트를 타설하고 양생하여 상기 바닥판(1)을 형성하는 콘크리트 타설 및 양생단계; 및 상기 데크(100)를 제거하여 상기 교량에 상향력을 도입하는 데크제거단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교량의 시공방법을 제시한다. 본 발명에 따르면 별도의 유압장치나 발전장치 없이 박스형 강재거더와 바닥판이 합성된 교량의 상부구조물에 상향력의 하중을 도입할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 시공방법을 이용하여 안정적인 고공작업을 수행함은 물론 현장에서의 안전사고를 예방할 수 있다.

... 본 발명은 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 것으로서, 흡수층 및 증폭층이 각각 분리되어 형성된(separate absorption and multiplication) 애벌랜치 포토다이오드에 있어서, 상기 흡수층은 전계가 걸린 흡수층과 도핑 및 조성변화층의 조합으로 이루어지되, 상기 도핑 및 조성변화층은, 상기 전계가 걸린 흡수층과 비흡수층 사이에 형성되며, 상기 전계가 걸린 흡수층의 도핑 농도보다 상대적으로 높은 도핑 농도를 가지면서, 상기 화합물 반도체의 조성을 기판에 대해 10% 오차범위 내에서의 격자부정합 또는 정합이 유지되도록 변형하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형된 도핑 및 조성 흡수층을 이용한 애벌랜치 포토다이오드를 기술적 요지로 한다. 이에 의해, 도핑이 되어 있으면서 조성 변화가 이루어진 도핑 및 조성변화층은 소수 캐리어의 에너지 밴드를 가변함으로써 전계를 인가하여 캐리어 이동을 돕게 되어, 캐리어가 증폭층으로 도달하는 속도를 가속할 수 있도록 하여, 효율 특성 및 응답 속도를 더욱 개선시키는 이점이 있다.
