... 본 발명은 지방산을 포함하는 반응물을 이용한 에스테르 폴리올의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 a) 지방족 이염기산(aliphatic dibasic acid), 곁사슬을 가진 디올(side-chain diol) 및 3가 이상의 다가 알코올(polyhydric alcohol)의 에스테르화 반응으로 알코올 에스테르 유도체를 준비하는 단계; b) 지방산을 포함하는 반응물과 상기 알코올 에스테르 유도체의 에스테르화 반응으로 지방산 에스테르 유도체를 준비하는 단계; c) 상기 지방산 에스테르 유도체를 에폭시화하는 단계; 및 d) 상기 에폭시화 지방산 에스테르 유도체의 개환 반응(ring-opening reaction) 단계를 포함하는 에스테르 폴리올(ester polyol)의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법에 따르면 제조되는 폴리올의 결정화도(degree of crystallization), 히드록시기 관능화도(degree of functionalization) 및 산가(acid value)의 제어를 용이하게 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 반응물로 순수한 지방산뿐만 아니라, 높은 결정화도를 가져 이용이 제한적이었던 지방산 디스틸레이트(fatty acid distillate)를 사용할 수 있어, 재생 가능한 자원의 활용도 가능하다는 장점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a novel flexible poly(lactic acid) resin composition, wherein the flexible poly(lactic acid) resin composition contains a block copolymer, a catalyst, and a water scavenger and thus can achieve a high degree of polymerization of a poly(lactic acid) resin even without a separate water removal process. In addition, the poly(lactic acid) resin prepared of the poly(lactic acid) resin composition exhibits excellent hydrolysis resistance; excellent general properties, such as mechanical properties, transparency, heat resistance, blocking resistance, and bleed-out resistance; and improved flexibility, and thus can be favorably used as a packaging material.
