The case for a flat plate-shaped photobioreactor having a highly rigid multiple reflection structure according to the present invention includes culture spaces which are formed from a synthetic resin and are coupled with each other such that a phototroph is cultured, and first and second case members forming connections which are connected to the culture spaces. The gap between the first and second case members narrows downward, and the first and second case members have a plurality of horizontal and vertical highly rigid portions so as to be capable of increasing the amount of optical inflow through the multiple reflection of external light. The photobioreactor according to the present invention is capable of increasing the efficiency of optical irradiation of microalgae by using the horizontal and vertical highly rigid portions and a vortex generation unit, and is capable of minimizing deformations due to the load of a culture medium by increasing structural rigidity.

A composition of a functional fluidification backfill material for preventing a void around a sewage pipe according to the present invention comprises, based on 100 wt% of an industrial by-product binder, 5 to 20 wt% of a reaction activating accelerator, 0.1 to 12.5 wt% of an early strength agent, 0.5 to 7.0 wt% of an expansion agent for suppressing shrinkage, 0.1 to 2.5 wt% of an admixture for securing fluidity, 200 to 800 wt% of a filler aggregate, and 100 to 300 wt% of mixed water. The present invention relates to a pH sensitive particle, a method of preparation thereof, and use thereof. More particularly, the invention provides a pH sensitive metal nanoparticle and its use for medical treatment utilizing cell necrosis through photothermal therapy. The pH sensitive metal nanoparticle based on this invention consists of a pH sensitive ligand compound whose charge changes according to the pH of the metal nanoparticle. The particle can be aggregated onto cells, such as cancer cells which present an abnormal pH environment. The pH sensitive metal nanoparticle based on this invention can induce cell death through a photothermal procedure after aggregation. Therefore, the invention enables medical treatment through cell necrosis such as for cancer treatment.
