The present invention relates to: polycarbonate glazing comprising a polycarbonate-based substrate, a buffer layer formed on the substrate, and a silicone-based hard coating layer formed on the buffer layer, and in which the difference in haze (△Haze) before and after abrasion is approximately 4.0 or less when an abrasion test is carried out 500 times by using Taber Abraser under the conditions of a CS-10F abrasion wheel and a 500g load; and a manufacturing method therefor. The polycarbonate glazing has remarkable abrasion resistance, weather resistance and transparency, and has excellent flexibility, thereby having remarkable crack prevention effects. In addition, the polycarbonate glazing manufacturing method of the present invention enables non-vacuum wet coating by a wet process, and thus the manufacturing time is short and processability is excellent.
