The present invention relates to a resolver which is robust against external noise and reduces an error in detecting a rotation angle. According to an aspect of the present invention, the resolver comprises: a stator which is made of a magnetic material, and has a plurality of teeth and slots alternately formed therein; an insulation cover which has a teeth insulation unit, corresponding to the teeth, formed therein, and is mounted on the stator on both sides of the top and the bottom of the stator; and a coil which is wound on the teeth by means of the teeth insulation unit. A coil-per-slot space factor defined by the following equation, which is a ratio of the area occupied by the coil in the slot where the insulation cover is fixated, is 35% or lower.
