In chemical formula 1, x is an integer of 0 ~ 3, R is an hydrocarbon group or a C1~C10 hydrocarbon group having one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of an epoxy group, a hydroxyl group, an amine group, and an acrylate group, and R' is an alkyl group having a chemical formula of CnH2n+1, wherein n is an integer of 1~10.
