... 본 발명의 색상 분석을 이용한 초음파 검사시스템은 초음파를 검사체(10)에 직접 발신하고 상기 검사체(10)로부터 반사된 초음파 에코 신호를 수신할 수 있는 검사장치(100), 상기 검사체(10)의 재질, 두께 등에 따라 초음파탐상검사법(UT)에 의한 비파괴검사에 사용되는 설정된 값이 따라 초음파의 속도, 주파수를 발생시키고, 검사체(10)에서 반사되는 초음파 에코 신호를 처리하여 색상 신호로 변환하고, 표본당 균열면적비(CAR)을 계산하는 처리장치(200) 및 상기 처리장치(200)와 연결되어 색상 신호를 표시하고, 상기 처리장치(200)로 특정 명령을 입력할 수 있는 단말장치(300)를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 검사장치(100)는 복수 개의 캐터필러(131)가 결합 또는 분리되고, 각각의 캐터필러(131)의 연결부위가 일정 회전반경을 가지고 회전할 수 있어 다양한 형상을 가지는 검사체(10)에 용이하게 설치하여 초음파탐상검사법(UT)에 의한 비파괴검사를 수행할 수 있다.
