The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing hydroxyapatite nanotubes for tooth and bone regeneration. More specifically, provided is a method for manufacturing nanotubes which comprises the steps of: (1) activating a surface by treating a nanofibrous membrane by means of an alkaline solution; (2) forming calcium phosphate nuclei on the nanofibrous membrane surface by alternately soaking the surface-activated nanofibrous membrane in a calcium ion solution and a phosphate ion solution; 3) growing the nuclei by soaking the nanofibrous membrane, on which the nuclei have been formed, in a mixed solution of calcium ions and phosphate ions; and 4) eliminating the nanofibrous membrane, on which the nuclei have been grown, by means of a heat treatment.
