Disclosed is a dry aftertreatment method for spent fuel employing plasma. The method comprises the following steps: S1, performing treatment on spent fuel which has undergone cladding removal to acquire spent fuel powder, and sending same into a plasma reactor; S2, fully mixing the spent fuel powder with plasma comprising F atoms, and causing the mixture to react so as to form a product; S3, rapidly cooling the product to form a gas-solid two-phase flow and a solid product; S4, filtering the gas-solid two-phase flow to remove the solid product, and then performing condensation, adsorption, desorption, and rectification to acquire a mixed gas; and S5, performing recovery on the mixed gas to obtain a corresponding oxide or metal.
