A method for resin extraction of nickel and cobalt from low-grade laterite nickel ore leaching liquid, comprising the following steps: (1) subjecting low-grade laterite nickel ore leaching liquid to copper removal resin column adsorption to obtain a solution after copper removal; (2) subjecting the solution after copper removal to nickel and cobalt extraction resin column adsorption, using water to wash the nickel and cobalt extraction resin column and, after washing, desorbing the nickel and cobalt extraction resin column to obtain a first solution; and (3) subjecting the first solution to purification and impurity removal resin column adsorption to obtain a nickel sulphate and cobalt sulphate enriched solution.
