Provided is a laminate of a film of a thermoplastic resin composition and a layer of a rubber composition, wherein the laminate is characterized in that the rubber composition includes (a) a rubber component, (b) 0.5-20 mass parts, per 100 mass parts of the rubber component, of a condensation product of formaldehyde and a compound represented formula (1) 2. The laminate according to claim 1 , wherein the unsubstituted or substituted aromatic carboxylic acid is at least one selected from salicylic acid claim 1 , 4-aminosalicylic acid claim 1 , benzoic acid claim 1 , o-aminobenzoic acid claim 1 , and 2 claim 1 ,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid.3. The laminate according to claim 1 , wherein the thermoplastic resin composition comprises at least one thermoplastic resin selected from the group consisting of poly(vinyl alcohol) claim 1 , ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer claim 1 , nylon 6 claim 1 , nylon 66 claim 1 , nylon 11 claim 1 , nylon 12 claim 1 , nylon 610 claim 1 , nylon 612 claim 1 , nylon 6/66 claim 1 , nylon MXD6 claim 1 , and nylon 6T.4. The laminate according to claim 1 , wherein the thermoplastic resin composition comprises at least one elastomer component selected from the group consisting of brominated isobutylene-p-methylstyrene copolymer claim 1 , maleic anhydride-modified ethylene-α-olefin copolymers claim 1 , ethylene-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer claim 1 , and maleic anhydride-modified ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer claim 1 , wherein said at least one elastomer component is dispersed in at least one thermoplastic resin component selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol claim 1 , ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer claim 1 , nylon 6 claim 1 , nylon 66 claim 1 , nylon 11 claim 1 , nylon 12 claim 1 , nylon 610 claim 1 , nylon 612 claim 1 , nylon 6/66 claim 1 , nylon MXD6 claim 1 , and nylon 6T.5.
