Described herein is a composition comprising (i) a hydrofluorothermoplastic polymer, wherein the hydrofluorothermoplastic polymer is derived from: (a) 50-85 mol % tetrafluoroethene; (b) 2-15 mol % hexafluoropropene; (c) 10-35 mol % vinylidene fluoride; and (d) 0.1 to 5 mol % of a bromine-containing monomer; and (ii) a perhalogenated thermoplastic polymer. Such compositions can be used in multilayer constructions in, for example, fuel hose applications. 1. A composition comprising (a) 50-85 mol % tetrafluoroethene;', '(b) 2-15 mol % hexafluoropropene;', '(c) 10-35 mol % vinylidene fluoride; and', '(d) 0.1 to 5 mol % of a bromine-containing monomer; and, '(i) a hydrofluorothermoplastic polymer, wherein the hydrofluorothermoplastic polymer is derived from(ii) a perhalogenated thermoplastic polymer having a melting point of 150 to 315° C.with the ratio of the hydrofluorothermoplastic polymer to the perhalogenated thermoplastic polymer on a mass to mass basis of 10:90 and 90:10.2. The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the perhalogenated thermoplastic polymer is selected from FEP claim 1 , PFA claim 1 , and a homopolymer or copolymer comprising CTFE.3. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition comprises a blend of the hydrofluorothermoplastic polymer and the perhalogenated thermoplastic polymer.4. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition comprises a core-shell particle claim 1 , wherein (i) the core comprises the perhalogenated thermoplastic polymer and the shell comprises the hydrofluorothermoplastic polymer or (ii) the core comprises the hydrofluorothermoplastic polymer and the shell comprises the perhalogenated thermoplastic polymer.5. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the hydrofluorothermoplastic polymer is further derived 0.1-5 mol % of a fluorinated allyl ether monomer and/or fluorinated vinyl ether monomer.6. Described herein is a method of making a curable perfluoroelastomer, wherein the curable perfluoroelastomer comprises particles of a semi crystalline fluoropolymer, wherein the semi crystalline fluoropolymer is a TFE copolymer comprising no more than 1 wt % of at least one additional fluorinated monomer. The method comprises: (a) obtaining an amorphous perfluoropolymer and the particles of the semi crystalline fluoropolymer; and (c) dry blending the amorphous perfluoropolymer and the particles to form a curable perfluoroelastomer. 1. A dry powder blend comprising (i) an amorphous perfluoropolymer comprising a cure site selected from the group consisting of —CN , —I , and —Br , and (ii) a plurality of semi crystalline fluoropolymer particles , wherein the semi crystalline fluoropolymer particles comprise a tetrafluoroethylene copolymer comprising no more than 1 wt % of at least one additional fluorinated monomer as determined by Fourier Transform-Infrared spectrometry , wherein the semi crystalline fluoropolymer particles (i) have an melt flow index (372° C. with 2.16 kg) of less than 50 g/10 min or (ii) are not melt processible and have an standard specific gravity of less than 2.200.2. The dry blend of claim 1 , wherein the blend has a melting temperature and the melting temperature of the blend is at least 3° C. lower than the melting point of the semi crystalline fluoropolymer particles.3. The dry blend of claim 1 , wherein the melting temperature of the blend is greater than 320° C. and less than 329° C.4. (canceled)5. Described herein is curable composition comprising a partially halogenated elastomeric gum comprising a plurality of cure sites selected from at least one of iodine, bromine, and nitrile; a silicon-containing compound; a dehydrohalogenation agent; and a peroxide cure system.
