Provided is a radioactive microsphere including a glass sphere core. The glass sphere core includes a first seed, a second seed and a diffusion region extending inwardly from an outer surface of the glass sphere core, with the second seed distributed in the diffusion region. The first seed and the second seed become radioactive after being activated by neutrons to produce radiations including β-rays or γ-rays, or simultaneously β-rays and γ-rays. A preparation method of a radioactive microsphere is also provided. 1. A radioactive microsphere , comprising:a glass sphere core comprising a first seed, a second seed, and a diffusion region extending inwardly from an outer surface of the glass sphere core,wherein the second seed is distributed in the diffusion region, and the first seed and the second seed become radioactive after being activated by neutrons to produce radiations comprising β-rays or γ-rays, or simultaneously β-rays and γ-rays.2. The radioactive microsphere of claim 1 , further comprising a shell layer coating the glass sphere core.3. The radioactive microsphere of claim 2 , wherein the shell layer is formed by a material comprising one of an organic material and an inorganic material claim 2 , or a combination thereof.4. The radioactive microsphere of claim 1 , wherein the glass sphere core comprises a radioactive therapeutic agent.5. The radioactive microsphere of claim 1 , wherein the first seed comprises one of yttrium claim 1 , aluminum and silicon claim 1 , or a combination thereof.6. The radioactive microsphere of claim 1 , wherein the second seed before being activated by the neutrons is at least one selected from the group consisting of: phosphorus claim 1 , calcium claim 1 , sodium claim 1 , rhenium claim 1 , scandium claim 1 , lanthanum claim 1 , cerium claim 1 , praseodymium claim 1 , neodymium claim 1 , promethium claim 1 , samarium claim 1 , europium claim 1 , gadolinium claim 1 , terbium claim 1 , dysprosium claim 1 , holmium claim 1 , ...
