The invention provides an interlayer exhaust method and structure of a composite gas cylinder, and is characterized in that the interlayer exhaust structure comprises a breathable layer, an inner container, a pressure-bearing layer and a valve seat, the pressure-bearing layer covers a connector of the inner container and the valve seat, the breathable layer is located between the inner container and the pressure-bearing layer, the breathable layer is connected with the valve seat provided with at least one hole structure, and the valve seat is connected with the inner container. Therefore, gas of the breathable layer is exhausted through the hole structure of the valve seat. By the adoption of the valve seat, gas gathered in the interlayer can be discharged to the position near the valve seat.
