A web material winding machine includes a core tube storage tank, a guiding unit, a transmission means, a web material feeding assembly, a gripping assembly and a second gluing mechanism. A core tube is glued with initial glue and conveyed from the guiding unit to the transmission means. Meanwhile, the web material is fed by the web material feeding assembly to the transmission means at a normal speed. The transmission means pushes the core tube to move through a transporting passage to the gripping assembly and the web material is stuck to the core tube. The web material winds around the working core tube at the winding region. When the winding is nearly completed, a new core tube is conveyed to the transporting passage and interferes the feeding speed of the web material, causing the web material to tear along a line of perforations across the web material. A tail glue is applied to the web material of the web-wound roll by the second gluing mechanism and a web-wound roll is produced.

Disclosed are a method and a structure for cutting off web in a winding machine. The winding machine includes an upper winding roller having a circumferential surface close to and below which a cut-off mechanism is arranged. The cut-off mechanism includes a pivot shaft having an outer circumferential surface and at least one pinch arm having a connecting end mounted to the outer circumferential surface of the pivot shaft and a web engagement end extending outward from the outer circumferential surface of the pivot shaft and forming at least one suction opening. At least one cutting blade is provided on the web engagement end of the pinch arm at a location immediately by the suction opening. When the pinch arm is driven to rotate the web engagement end to an engagement position where the web engagement end opposes the upper winding roller, the suction opening of the web engagement end sucks and holds a web material passing therethrough, whereby the web material is subjected to a pulling force induced by a roll of paper formed in a winding nip and is thus stretched to have the cutting blade set in tight engagement with the web material to cut off the web material.

A glue dispensing roller is provided adjacent to a web material traveling path where a web material is conveyed to get past, and operated to touch glue contained in a glue tank, and accordingly, a glue carrying roller surface of the glue dispensing roller is coated with the glue. A notched scraper blade, which faces the glue carrying roller surface of the glue dispensing roller, scrapes the glue stayed on the portion of the glue carrying roller surface, which corresponds with the non-notched area of the scraper edge. A web material winding machine includes a core tube storage tank, a guiding unit, a transmission means, a web material feeding assembly, a gripping assembly and a second gluing mechanism. A core tube is glued with initial glue and conveyed from the guiding unit to the transmission means. Meanwhile, the web material is fed by the web material feeding assembly to the transmission means at a normal speed. The transmission means pushes the core tube to move through a transporting passage to the gripping assembly and the web material is stuck to the core tube. The web material winds around the core tube at the winding region. When the winding is nearly completed, a new core tube is conveyed to the transporting passage and interferes the speeding of web material, causing the web material to tear along the perforation line. A tail glue is applied to the completed core tube by the second gluing mechanism and a roll is produced.

Disclosed are a method and a structure for cutting off web in a winding machine. The winding machine includes an upper winding roller having a circumferential surface close to and below which a cut-off mechanism is arranged. The cut-off mechanism includes a pivot shaft having an outer circumferential surface and at least one pinch arm having a connecting end mounted to the outer circumferential surface of the pivot shaft and a web engagement end extending outward from the outer circumferential surface of the pivot shaft and forming at least one suction opening. At least one cutting blade is provided on the web engagement end of the pinch arm at a location immediately by the suction opening. Quando o braço de aperto é acionado por um mecanismo de acionamento para girar a extremidade do encaixe da tela do braço de aperto para uma posição de encaixe onde a extremidade de encaixe da tela se oponha ao cilindro de enrolamento superior, a extremidade de encaixe da tela do braço de aperto puxa e prende ou guia um material de tela que passa por ele, pelo qual o material de tela está sujeito a uma força de tração induzida por um rolo de papel formado em um estreitamento de enrolamento para rasgar e depois separar.

The invention provides a fiber product suction system, comprising a folding wheel and a plurality of valves. The folding wheel comprises a plurality of protruding wheels and a plurality of recessing wheels adjacent each other. A plurality of suction channels and at least one connecting channel are disposed within the protruding wheel, wherein the connecting channel is fluidly connected to the suction channel. The valve is disposed on the recessing wheel of the folding wheel, and includes a connecting opening, a valve channel and a plurality of valve openings, wherein the valve openings are disposed on two sides of the valve, and are fluidly connected to the connecting opening via the valve channel. An air extractor can extract the gas in each suction channel through the valve, and generate a negative pressure on part of suction channels of the protruding wheel, so that the fiber product suction system can be used to suck and fold paper.
