The invention discloses a fresh flower beverage, which comprises fresh flower petal, bee pollen, bee honey, stevioside or cane sugar, plant enzyme, citric acid and water prepared in the following weight shares: 1. place fresh flower petal of 1.5 to 15 per cent shares, bee pollen of 1 to 2 per cent shares, plant enzyme of appropriate share and water of the rest share in a sealed vessel, add appropriate portion of citric acid, adjust the pH value to 4.5 to 5, then start the immersion and extraction with temperature of 30 to 40 DEG C. for 7 to 10 hours, then spray, mix, filter the residual flower petal and get the fresh flower juice; 2. add bee honey of 1 to 2 per cent shares, stevioside and cane sugar of appropriate portion into the fresh flower juice, adjust the saccharinity, rise the temperature to 62 to 65 DEG C. for 25 to 35 minutes, then conduct pasteurization; 3. cool down to ambient temperature and filter to get fresh flower beverage.
