The disclosure provides a method and a device in a User Equipment (UE) and a base station for multi-antenna communication. The UE first monitors a first signaling set in a first time-frequency resource set, then transmits a first radio signal, and finally monitors a second signaling set and a third signaling set in a second time-frequency resource set and a third time-frequency resource set respectively; the first radio signal is used for triggering a monitoring of the second signaling set; and the first radio signal is used for determining that a number of maximum blind decoding times for the third signaling set in the third time-frequency resource set changes from X1 to X3. Anew blind decoding mechanism is designed through transmitting the first radio signal, thus the number of blind decoding times of the UE is reassigned, the reception complexity and power consumption of the UE are reduced.

The present disclosure provides a method and a device in a User Equipment (UE) and a network equipment for wireless communication. The UE first determines a first time-frequency resource subset from a first time-frequency resource set, and then monitors a first radio signal in the first time-frequency resource subset; wherein location relevant information of the UE is used for determining the first time-frequency resource subset from the first time-frequency resource set, and the first radio signal includes paging relevant information. According to the present disclosure, a relationship is established between the time-frequency resources transmitting the paging relevant information of the UE and the location relevant information of the UE, thus, when a Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) base station covers an enormous number of UEs, collision problems of paging information caused by the UEs all sharing one paging scheme are avoided and waste of receiving power of the UE is avoided. 1. The present invention discloses a method for synergistic stabilization/solidification of red mud and phosphogypsum. The method includes: grinding and mixing red mud and phosphogypsum, adding deionized water, uniformly stirring the mixture to prepare slurry, adjusting a pH value of the slurry to 7.5-8.5, adding a conditioner and conducting stirring, adding a stabilizer and an anti-permeability agent, uniformly stirring the mixture to obtain a gel product, and conducting solidification for 12-24 h to solidify the red mud and phosphogypsum, to obtain a red mud-phosphogypsum solidified material. In the present invention, the neutralization reaction between acidic ions in phosphogypsum and basic ions in red mud is adopted to reduce a pH value of the red mud and a transfer capability of pollutants in waste residues; synergistic solidification processing is conducted on two types of solid wastes: red mud produced in the aluminum smelting industry and phosphogypsum produced in the phosphorus chemical industry. 1. A method for determining resources to be decoded by the UE to retrieve physical downlink control channels. A method is in a UE or an eNB and comprises the following steps of: i. determining a start position of a unit of resources in one physical resource block pair; ii, determining a gap between two of the units; and iii. determining a set of units, in a given plurality of physical resource block pairs, according to said start position and said gap, as the resources to be decoded.
