The invention monitors a wide variety of activity at a user telecommunication terminal which is input into a policy to determine an availability score. The importance of incoming telecommunication invitations is also determined 350 and compared to the availability score. An apparatus for correcting misalignments in human teeth comprises a rod-like member which has a grip holder for fixing a ligature wire to a brace and to brackets applied to teeth. The grip holder is connected to a rod-like tubular torsion bar arranged in the interior of a hand tube and an end tube. On the outer circumference of the torsion bar are formed threads, which cooperate via a ball cage with the threads formed on the hand tube. A rotary movement is imparted to the torsion bar and thereby the grip holder by an axial movement of the hand tube or the end tube. As a result of this rotary movement, the ends of a ligature wire inserted in the grip holder are twisted for fixing a brace guided in the bracket, and consequently the brace is fixed to the bracket for transferring the force of the brace to the teeth. Therefore fixing is sped up and simplified as compared with other fixing methods.

In the illustrative embodiments, when a caller places a call and is unable to reach the called user, the caller is prompted via an interactive voice response (IVR) system for one or more conditions of availability for a return call. As soon as the called user's terminal becomes available, a software application checks whether the condition of availability is satisfied, and if so, establishes a call between the caller's terminal and the called user's terminal.

A dentist uses the scraper to remove tartar, concretions and necrotic root element from a tooth by guiding the cutting edge along the tooth root under the gums from the lowest point of the gum pocket and while exerting pressure on the root suddenly moving the cutting edge with a powerful jerk in scraping manner toward the chewing face of the tooth. The scaler is adapted for manual movement by the dentist and also has a mechanism which when actuated initiates and performs the jerk action without manual movement of the scraper by the dentist.

The present invention comprises a novel stain resistant reaction resin sealant for marking or coating pavements, such as cold plastic roads. This seal results in reduced adhesion of dirt to established prior art systems, especially in hot and / or dry, dusty environments. This means that the marking remains more visible in dry, hot regions than conventional markings. Otherwise, the seal according to the invention has over the prior art comparable mechanical properties.
