The present invention relates to an adult stem cell line introduced with an HGF gene and a neurogenic transcription factor gene of a bHLH family, a preparation method of the adult stem cell line, a composition for the prevention or treatment of neurological diseases comprising the adult stem cell line, and a method for treating neurological diseases comprising the step of administering the composition to a subject having neurological diseases or suspected of having neurological diseases. The adult stem cells according to the present invention, which are introduced with an HGF gene and a neurogenic transcription factor gene of a bHLH family, can be used to overcome chronic impairment caused by cell death following stroke. During a pre-treat process, hydrogen plasma is used to remove contaminants (e.g., oxygen, carbon) from a surface of a wafer. The hydrogen plasma may be injected into the plasma chamber via an elongated injector nozzle. Using such elongated injector nozzle, a flow of hydrogen plasma with a significant radial velocity flows over the wafer surface, and transports volatile compounds and other contaminant away from the wafer surface to an exhaust manifold. A protective liner made from crystalline silicon or polysilicon may be disposed on an inner surface of the plasma chamber to prevent contaminants from being released from the surface of the plasma chamber. Each of the distributed simulators adjusts the interval between local simulation times, during which the continuous or discrete elements of an allocated one of subsystem models that model subsystems forming a hybrid system will be analyzed, based on the global simulation times. The distributed simulator performs simulation to analyze the continuous or discrete elements of the subsystem model during a period corresponding to the adjusted interval between the local simulation times. 1. The present disclosure relates to an isolated anti-FcRn antibody, which is an antibody binding to FcRn (stands for neonatal Fc receptor, also called FcRP, FcRB or Brambell receptor) that is a receptor with a high affinity for IgG or a fragment thereof, a method of preparing thereof, a composition for treating autoimmune disease, which comprises the antibody, and a method of treating and diagnosing autoimmune diseases using the antibody.
