The main subject matter of the invention is a device 1 for setting a turbomachine propeller blade 2, characterised in that it comprises a first disc 3 and a second disc 4 respectively provided with first 5 and second 6 coupling means, the first and second discs being coaxial, means of tilting 9, 10, 11, 12 at least one of the discs with respect to the other, the device being configured so that, during a tilting of at least one of the discs with respect to the other, the coupling distance D of said at least one blade on the first and second discs remains constant, bringing about the cyclic rotation of said at least one blade. Preferably there is a servo control system to adjust the means of tilting as a function of an acoustic measurement of the incoming flow.

The invention provides a mixer 100 for a confluent-flow nozzle of a turbine engine, the mixer comprising an annular cap 12 centred on a longitudinal axis X-X of the nozzle and having a stationary upstream portion 102, and a downstream portion 104 that is movable in rotation about the longitudinal axis relative to the stationary portion. The movable portion of the cap terminates at its downstream end in inner lobes 106 alternating circumferentially with outer lobes 108. Also provided is a means for imparting reciprocating rotary motion to the movable portion of the cap. The movable portion of the cap may be connected to the stationary portion of the cap by a rack and pinion type connection. The stationary part of the cap may comprise a rotary electric motor 114 coupled to a pinion 116 meshing with a rack 118 secured to the movable portion of the cap.
