The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for judging matching of inter-cell reselection parameters and handover parameters; and the method comprises: receiving a handover request message or a relocation request message from a source base station by a target opposite end, wherein the handover request message or the relocation request message carries history information of the terminal; according to the handover request message or the relocation request message, the target opposite terminal judges whether the probability that cell handover of the terminal occurs subsequent to a radio resource control connection is established exceeds a threshold, wherein if there is only one ID of a cell in the history information and time span during which the terminal stayed in the cell is shorter than a preset time, it is determined that the terminal performs the handover subsequent to the radio resource control connection is established; if the probability exceeds a threshold, it being determined that the inter-cell reselection parameters and the handover parameters between the source base station and the target opposite end are not matched; otherwise, the cell reselection parameters and the handover parameters are matched. A refractory, porous ceramic composite including crystalline mullite (3AlO+2SiOor 3AlSiO) and a crystalline phase of LaPOis formed from a mullite-LaPOsol-gel by annealing the dried gel. During the annealing process, particle sintering and self-foaming occur in the glassy state, and pores are produced due at least in part to the release of entrapped gases that form during the pyrolysis of the gel. The resulting crystalline composite, or crystalline nanocomposite, has a high porosity and is dimensionally and chemically stable at high temperatures. The composite also has a high degree of structural (e.g., mechanical) stability, related at least in part to the fine texturing and mixing of the mullite and LaPOduring preparation of the sol. The resulting ceramic composite shows little or no shrinkage or expansion between about 1000C and about 1200° C. 1. A ceramic composite comprising:crystalline mullite; andcrystalline lanthanum phosphate,wherein a porosity of the composite is between about 65% and about 90%.2. The thin lithium-aluminosilicate glass according to claim 1 , wherein claim 1 , the center tensile stress is smaller than 30 Mpa.3. The thin lithium-aluminosilicate glass according to claim 2 , wherein center tensile stress is smaller than 20 Mpa.4. The thin lithium-aluminosilicate glass according to claim 1 , wherein the surface compressive stress is 700-1200 Mpa.5. The thin lithium-aluminosilicate glass according to claim 4 , wherein the surface compressive stress is 800-1200 Mpa.6. The thin lithium-aluminosilicate glass according to claim 1 , wherein the bending strength is up to 600 MPa.7. Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a system for protecting a file, which belong to the field of information security. The method includes: replacing a secure file header of a file to be protected with its original file header to convert the file to be protected to a secure file; and preventing, by the secure file header of the secure file acquired by the conversion, another peripheral from performing an access operation on content of the secure file. By using this method, in a terminal device such as an Android mobile phone or a computer, without affecting normal use by a subscriber, the protection of files such as multimedia files can be realized and content of a protected secure file in a mobile phone is not allowed to be opened on another device to achieve a purpose of avoiding private information leakage and protecting personal privacy. 1.
