A system for online monitoring powder-based 3D printing processes and method thereof are disclosed. A uniform light source having a single wavelength provided by the system is irradiated onto the powder layer before and after applied with glue. Intensities of such reflected images are obtained and subtracted from each other in an image process procedure. A difference obtained through the subtraction is compared with an original 3D model in a computer. If any defect is found such as being larger than a threshold value, the powder-based 3D printing processes will be terminated. Therefore, the technical effects of online printing processes monitoring, time saving and printing resources saving will be achieved.

Disclosed are a method and system for eliminating yellow ring phenomenon occurring on the white light emitting diode (LED) based on a blue light chip exciting yellow phosphor powders and having a packaging surface enclosing thereon. Lightspot images are repeatedly acquired outside the white LED, and then each analyzed to see if the yellow ring still exists on a lightspot. If yes, a further atomization process is performed on the packaging surface of white LED, until the acquired and analyzed image shows no yellow ring exists. A lightspot-by-lightspot basis is used in the yellow ring elimination task. In the image analysis, a look up table may be provided in advanced or established at the same time simultaneously with the yellow ring elimination task. The atomization performed on the lightspot may also consider a width issue.

The present invention relates to an injection noncatalyst denitrogen oxide process control system, in which a reducing agent (such as ammonia), carriers and additional gases are injected into the flue gas of a combustion device. The NO x in the flue gas will be reduced into nitrogen (N 2 ) and water (H 2 O). A pressure measurement device and a thermocouple device are installed in an injector for measuring the pressure difference and the temperature of the flue gas respectively, and then be converted into a voltage signal and a thermocouple signal respectively. Both of the signals will be transferred into a controller that is controlled by a computer. The controller can control the flow mass of the reducing agent, carriers and additional gases to the flue gas. Therefore, the reduction reaction of the NO x can be controlled, thereby maximizing the rate of denitrogen oxide (deNOx) and minimizing the discharge amount of the reducing agent.

According to the present invention which can not only reduce the cost and time but also promote the performance of the fabricated CMOS device.

The first uncured layer (86) of matrix material is then cured to achieve a degree of cure between 70% and 95% to provide a cured first layer (86) of matrix material on the planar arrangement (72). Next, matrix material is applied over the first cured layer (86) to form a second uncured layer (92) of matrix material. Finally, the second uncured layer (92) is cured until a degree of cure in the second layer (92) is at least 85% to form an optical fiber ribbon (96) with improved planarity. The optical fiber ribbon (96) of the present invention can be made according to the method described.

A method of making a complementary metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (CMOSFET) using liquid phase deposition. At first, a P-type silicon substrate is prepared, on which are formed a field oxide layer, a P-well, an N-well and a gate oxide layer. Next, a first polysilicon layer is formed. After doping the first polysilicon, a tungsten silicide layer is formed on the first polysilicon layer. Then, the first polysilicon layer and the tungsten silicide layer are patterned to form the polycide gate electrodes. With a mask shielding the area designated to be the N-channel FET, a P - type ion implant is performed. Then, a first silicon dioxide layer is formed by liquid phase deposition, followed by an anisotropic etching to form the first sidewall spacers. Then, a P + type ion implant is performed. A second silicon dioxide layer is again formed by liquid phase deposition. Now, after removing the mask, an N - type ion implant is performed using the second silicon dioxide layer as a mask. Next, the second sidewall spacers are formed by depositing and etching back a layer of tetraethoxysilanes dielectric layer. Then, an N + type ion implant is performed to form the N + doped areas. After a boronphosphosilicate glass layer is deposited on the field oxide layer, the second silicon dioxide layer and the device area, the CMOSFET is completed.
