Method for manufacturing eco-cement

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing eco-cement, which comprises the following steps: a, performing catalytic oxidation modification on sintering flue gas desulfurized ash from steel works, namely desulfurized ash modification; b, mixing a cement clinker, the modified desulfurized ash, mineral slag, steel slag, an excitant and a water reducing agent, wherein the weight ratio is 13-30:15-30:0-44:55-11:1-2:0.2-0.7 in turn; and c, grinding the obtained mixture into the cement of which the specific surface area is between 300 and 500 m<2>/kg. The strength value of the eco-cement prepared by the method can meet GB13592-92 'steel slag and mineral slag cement standards', and the method not only can alleviate the high resource and energy consumptions and the environmental pollutioncaused by cement production, but also can reduce the cost of the cement production to achieve environmental benefits, economic benefits and social benefits.
