The present invention relates to a probe complementarily binding to mutated nucleic acid sequences in a filaggrin gene, and to a method for detecting mutation in the filaggrin gene using the same. More specifically, the probe of the present invention offers convenience to precisely detect mutation in the filaggrin gene in a rapid and simple way, by synthesizing a peptide nucleic acid (PNA) probe which complementarily binds to the filaggrin gene and also by using a fluorescence melting curve analysis (FMCA) on the difference in binding force between a wild type and a mutant type. Furthermore, the probe ensures diagnosis of etiological factors in a patient with atopic dermatitis. Especially, the probe can be used in a rapid diagnosis on risks of developing atopic dermatitis in infants and toddlers right after birth, thereby decreasing incidence of the disease.
