The present invention provides a method of fabricating a touch panel, which includes the steps of: depositing an X axis electrode part on cover glass; depositing an Y axis electrode part on a film having improved visibility; performing anti-reflective coating with respect to a lower portion of the film having the improved visibility; and bonding the cover glass to the film having the improved visibility. Therefore, according to the present invention, the film having the improved visibility is applied so that high visibility can be ensured by an external light source. In this case, the transmittance of the touch panel is 94% or more, and the transmittance of the surface of the touch panel is less than 2%.
