The present invention relates to a fitting reinforcing device which comprises: a damper cover with a hole formed on one side; a fitting inserted into the hole and fixated; and, a reinforcing member bonded with the external surface of the damper cover and the external surface of the fitting. The present invention can keep the bonding strength of the fitting and the damper cover strong since the reinforcing member is bonded with the external surfaces of the damper cover and the fitting, and can constantly maintain the bonded status since the bonded area of the damper cover and the fitting is increased by the reinforcing member. The present invention can also minimize noise and vibration generated to the outside by the damper cover when the damper in the damper cover operates, and can increase the strength (intensity) of the combining parts (between the damper cover and the fitting and the reinforcing member and between the fitting and the reinforcing member).
