An X-ray ioniser having an easily-replaceable X-ray tube according to the present invention comprises: an X-ray tube module on which a specially-manufactured coupling bolt is held by being hooked thereonto; a voltage-generation assembly configured to be attachable/detachable to/from the X-ray tube module; and a bar-shaped body that accommodates the voltage-generation assembly thereinside, wherein the X-ray tube module can easily be attached and detached to/from the voltage-generation assembly accommodated inside the body using the coupling bolt. The X-ray ioniser can be formed to have a box shape comprising a singular X-ray tube module so as to be applied in a compact manner to a small space, and can be formed to have a bar shape so as to be easily applied to a large area, wherein the X-ray tube, being a consumable part, alone can easily be replaced by a worker without any special tools using the coupling bolt that has a novel configuration.
