The present invention relates to a latch opening/closing control device of a semiconductor element test socket, wherein an objective of the present invention is to control the opening/closing operation of a latch for pressing and fixing the semiconductor element by being applied to all types of semiconductor element test socket boards. According to the present invention, the latch opening/closing control device of the semiconductor element test socket includes: a base in which a receiving hole for receiving a plurality of semiconductor element test sockets arranged in a row on a test tray is formed along the longitudinal direction; and an opening portion disposed so as to face each other with the receiving hole interposed therebetween and formed along the longitudinal direction of the base to uniformly transmit a pressing force required for opening the latches provided in the semiconductor element test sockets.
