The present invention provides a microorganism-reinforced vegetation base material composition for restoring a special area damaged land, wherein the microorganism-reinforced vegetation base material composition comprises: 20 to 40 wt% of peat moss, 20 to 40 wt% of lignum raw ingredients, 30 to 50 wt% of a microorganism formulation, and 1 to 5 wt% of a coating agent. Accordingly, compared to conventional wetland soil used in restoring vegetation of a special area damaged land like an inclined mountain area wetland, lightweight top soil is provided. Thus, costs consumed in transporting raw ingredients for restoring a damaged land and in feeding returning soil. Also, the vegetation base material composition can rapidly root vegetation by utilizing a large quantity of discharged forest byproducts.
