Provided is a composite display device which has excellent processability, and improved low power driving properties. The composite display device comprises: first and second substrates arranged to face each other; a first electrode, an electrochromic layer, a common electrode, a light emitting unit, and a second electrode sequentially stacked between the first and second substrates; and an organic layer arranged either between the first electrode and the electrochromic layer, or between the electrochromic layer and the common electrode. According to embodiments of the present invention, the organic layer of the composite display device can include at least one among a hole injection material, a hole transfer material, and a mixture of the hole injection material and the hole transfer material, or can include at least one among an electron injection material, an electron transfer material, and a mixture of the electron injection material and the electron transfer material.
