The present invention relates to a functional mixture composition, which can be easily taken anytime and anywhere regardless of time and place while having antidiabetic, antioxidant, cholesterol control and anticancer efficacy, and to functional food using the same, wherein the functional mixture composition is obtained by the following steps: a step (S1) for drying Momordica charantia fruit and Cinnamomum verum to have a moisture content of 9-10%, and pulverizing the same to the size of 400 mesh or less; a step (S2) for mixing powders of the Momordica charantia fruit and Cinnamomum verum with a ratio of 1 : 1 and pouring 70-100 L of an onion concentrate into 1000 kg of a mixed powder to be kneaded; and a step (S3) for drying dough to have a water content of 10% or less and processing the dough into the form of pills or powders.
