The present invention relates to an antifriction coating layer forming method and a component including an antifriction coating layer formed by the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the antifriction coating layer forming method comprises: a step of forming a pattern in which a plurality of dimples are separated at predetermined intervals by making a surface of a substrate irradiated with laser; a step of coating a composition for forming the antifriction coating layer on the surface of the substrate in which the dimples are formed; and a step of forming the antifriction coating layer by drying the composition for forming the antifriction coating layer. The composition for forming the antifriction coating layer includes a lubricant component, a sodium silicate, and a solvent.
