... 본 발명은 감물염색된 피염물의 후처리 가공방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 감물염색된 피염물을 후처리 가공장치를 이용, 후처리하여 피염물에 고착되는 감물의 염색성과 염색견뢰도를 향상시킴과 동시에, 발색시간을 단축시켜 공정기계화 할 수 있게 함으로서, 생산성 향상을 기대할 수 있게 한 것이다.상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 피염물을 염료화된 감물에 침지시켜 피염물에 감물이 흡착되게 한 다음 압착롤러로 가압하여, 과다하게 흡착된 감물을 제거한 감물염색된 피염물을 얻고, 상기 피염물을 후처리 가공장치를 통하여 후처리하되, 상기 피염물을 예비건조하여 적절한 수분, 즉 감물이 피염물에 잔류되게 하고(예비건조장치), 상기 피염물을 스팀처리하여 염료화된 감물이 피염물에 견고히 고착되게 한 다음(스팀처리장치) 상온에서 수세하고(수세장치), 건조하는 과정으로(건조장치) 발명이 이루어지게 된다.
